The choir meets every Tuesday evening from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm mainly at the Ansell Centre, Market Place, Hadleigh (adjacent to the United Reformed Church) for rehearsals, between September and June. This is augmented by occasional half days on Saturday mornings. It is expected that members will attend a minimum of 75% of rehearsals.

For major concerts, dress is:
Ladies: Long black skirt and long sleeved black blouse. Gentlemen: Dinner Jacket and black bow tie.

Subscriptions (from the year 2010/2011) are £80 for a full year, payable in 1 or 2 instalments. If you are a taxpayer, using Gift Aid helps funds. Student members pay £15 per annum.
