The choir meets every Tuesday evening from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm mainly at Hadleigh High School, for rehearsals, between September and June. This is augmented by occasional half days on Saturday mornings. It is expected that members will attend a minimum of 75% of rehearsals.

For major concerts, dress is:
Ladies: Long black skirt and long sleeved black blouse. Gentlemen: Dinner Jacket and black bow tie.

Subscriptions (from the year 2007/2008) are £80 for a full year, payable in 1 or 2 instalments. If you are a taxpayer, using Gift Aid helps funds. Student members pay £15 per annum.
